Vintage 90s Ruched Halter Dress (S)

A charming little vintage halter dress with a gorgeous embroidered pattern, cinched bust and ruched waist. 

*slight discoloration on the skirt as shown in the last picture. not super noticeable when worn and does not distract from the piece.
