As everything is so delicately handmade, we cannot accept returns right now. If there is a problem with your order, send us an email at email@example.com and we'd be happy to try to work things out!
For Vintage Orders:
We are happy to offer STORE CREDIT for any item you are dissatisfied with but do not offer a full refund of purchase.
If you wish to exchange an item for store credit, please send us an email at , including
1) Full title of item(s) for exchange
2) Reason for exchange
The buyer has 10 days from the date he/she received the item(s) to ship back the item(s). Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Upon receiving the items for exchange, we will send you an email containing the store credit coupon code.
The coupon code will only be credited if the returned item(s) is in the exact condition that it was purchased in, with all the tags still in place.
