As everything is so delicately handmade, we cannot accept returns right now. If there is a problem with your order, send us an email at email@example.com and we'd be happy to try to work things out!
For Vintage Orders:
We are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges at this time. We hope to be able to as our business grows.
However, if your order has been grossly misrepresented and/or has any defects, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and pictures of the item.
The buyer has 10 days from the date he/she received the item(s) to contact us about a refund.
