1. Your pieces are made out of recycled materials. What is the process and how do you ensure high quality?
We source for materials that were gently used/ not used and inspect them thoroughly before producing our pieces with them. Because of our model, each piece is extremely rare in premium quality and you will be receiving only 1 out of 3 or 5 in the whole world!!

2. Why are your pieces priced this way?
Each piece is handmade entirely from scratch and requires 4-7 hours to sew! They are truly rare and special.

3. Where and who makes your pieces?
All our pieces are hand made in Connecticut in the USA! We have one seamstress, who is also our designer and founder, Nicola! You can read more about her under the tab 'Our Story'.

4. What is the return policy?
As everything is so delicately handmade, we cannot accept returns right now. If there is a problem with your order, send us an email at shop@threedays-aweek.com and we'd be happy to try to work things out!

5. Is your brand sustainable and ethical?
Absolutely! We are a very tiny team of 3 people and we only make pieces as you guys order, therefore not letting anything go to waste. Plus the materials are all recycled too!

6. What is the shipping cost?
All U.S. orders below $150 have a flat rate charge of $5.95. All U.S. orders above $150 have free shipping. You can read more about our shipping policies under our 'Shipping & Handling' tab.

7. Are pieces one of a kind?
Every piece is made out of 100% recycled materials. Since we can only make 3-5 of each print, you're getting extremely rare pieces!
